Can we use our current broadband?
Yes, Unaro is supported by any broadband or router you have. We provide with all our packages as standard a Wireless Access Point that is pre setup so all you need to do is plug it into your router.
Are there any lengthy contracts?
No, all of our contracts are 30 day rolling contracts meaning you can stop at any time.
Do we need to purchase any additional hardware?
No, as standard we provide 1 Wireless Access Point that is pre programmed to be plugged into your router.
How much is your cost per SMS?
Our cost per SMS is £0.06 however we can do bundles for larger SMS volumes.
Do guests have to opt-in to marketing?
No, your guests have the option upon login to opt-in or opt-out. We have a 94% opt in rate!
Do you do anything with our data?
No, the data collected on your account is yours. We don’t do anything with your data, if you ever leave Unaro you are able to export this and we will then delete it from the system.
Do you integrate with Mailchimp?
Yes, we do! We integrate with Mailchimp so all of your data automatically is sent to Mailchimp, however we actually have a email marketing tool built into Unaro which is very cost effective.

Yes, we have resellers that resell Unaro and are welcome too speaking with you. Just fill out the form below
What sort of data can we collect using Unaro?
With Unaro you can collect, First Name, Last Name, Email, Gender, D.O.B, and you can ask your guests a custom question!
Can we use our existing hardware?
We currently only integrate with Unifi by Ubiquiti, so if you have a Ubiquiti device then of course! However we can also provide hardware if not.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will you do our marketing for us?
We don’t do the marketing on your behalf, however we provide training and guidance to do this yourself and will be there along the way to help.
