Where do the replies go?

Replies and inbound messages received on your FireText number are sent straight to your Unaro account in MESSAGES > RECEIVED you can also forward these to your email inbox, mobile number or web service via HTTP POST.

STEP 1: First step is to choose the keywords tab. Simply click FORWARDS next to the non-specified or your chosen keyword

STEP 2: Click ADD A FORWARD

STEP 3: Here you can choose to enter an email address, mobile number or HTTP POST. Enter your destination e.g. your email address and click SAVE CHANGES. Any future messages will automatically be forwarded to your new destination.

Handy Tip! You can add multiple email address, mobile number or HTTP POSTs, so you never miss a reply! Don’t forget you can also respond to your customer’s message via the email to SMS function
