Receiving Replies

You can receive inbound SMS replies from your campaigns.

Firstly, you’ll need a reply number on your Unaro account. You can set your outbound messages to appear from this number. Customers can simply hit reply and send their message back to your Unaro number.

Remember: In order to let your customers reply, you’ll need to set the From field as your FireText number, this can be done by ‘allowing replies’. This simply tells your customer’s mobile phone where to send the reply. You can populate the From field with your FireText number by hitting allow replies when sending a message
