There are two ways you can receive replies from your SMS campaigns.
On your Unaro Reply Number
When sending ‘from’ your Unaro reply number, recipients can simply hit reply and send a message straight back to you. This can be done by clicking allow replies when creating your message which will automatically populate your FROM field with your reply number.
Using your SMS Keyword on our Shortcode
If using an SMS keyword on our shortcode 82228, recipients are able to reply. Send your message with 82228 in the FROM field and be super-clear that their message must start with your exact keyword so you can receive it.
