How To: Leave A Google Review Without A Gmail Account

Collecting Google Reviews is invaluable for a business. From increasing your social proof to helping you rank higher in Google, 5 star reviews are worth far more than people think. If you provide a great service, collecting more Google Reviews really isn’t a challenge.

There’s quite a bit of data that tell us reviews are vital to any growing business: Did you know customers spend 31% more with businesses that have great online reviews?

While getting positive reviews is the goal, it’s always important to respond to negative reviews just as much as the good ones. Responding to negative reviews shows you’re willing to make amends and win back business. Responding to positive reviews helps to thank those happy customers and win that all important repeat business.

Negative reviews aren’t always a bad thing… they can actually result in more trust between your business and customers. According to an AMA report in 2020, too-perfect reviews can lead to distrust and consumer skepticism while negative reviews can often provoke an empathetic response if treated correctly.

That said, what if your customers don’t have a Gmail account and don’t want to sign up for one, just to leave you a review? Luckily there is a workaround for this and in this post we’re going to explain how it’s done…
